the family run environment was very evident and comforting to us.

During the most horrendous time of our lives they put us at ease immediately and we realised we wouldn't have any extra stress dealing with them at all.

Secondly they should be extremely proud of John and the way he dealt with us, he is the consummate professional with an extremely deft human touch. We could tell that he actually cared about how we were feeling at each and every stage and made the entire process as pain free as possible.

From the first telephone call we made to Chris Adams the service provided by all the team at Perry and Phillip's was compassionate, friendly and professional. Their attention to detail in providing everything we wanted for Mums funeral was exceptional. They were always at the end of the telephone to give our family care and support.They cared for Mum with dignity during the time she was at their chapel of rest.Chris told us what ever the question the answer will be yes. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the moment we phoned them to ask for their help, right the way through to the cremation service and the care afterwards. I found that I didn't need to worry about anything, because they dealt with all the arrangements in a truly professional manner.

We have used their services a number of times over the past 20 years, and on every occasion the service we have received has been perfect.
