Chris and his staff were always caring and considerate, nothing was too
much trouble, especially given the restraints at the moment due to covid 19.
Everything was done to make Bryans funeral a memorable occasion, with
nothing for the family to worry about.

From first contact to the the time we left the crematorium the care and support we recieved was wonderful and very much appreciated especially durring such trying circumstances.
Everything was explained so clearly and with such care with nothing being too much trouble for John or his associates.
The level of professionalism shown is second to none and I am extremely grateful for all they did to help us ensure my Dad received a very personal and special farewell.

The service we received on the recent death of my aunt in organising her funeral was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and despite the difficulties caused by the coronavirus outbreak and the restrictions imposed, the funeral was sensitively arranged and a moving occasion.

Perry & Phillips arranged my uncle's funeral in a very caring and dignified way. They dealt particularly well with the challenge of COVID-19 restrictions, which meant that it was only possible to have a graveside burial service for a small number of mourners. Perry & Phillips went to considerable trouble to inform my uncle's neighbours, who were therefore able to pay their respects from their doorsteps as the hearse passed, and also printed orders of service so that I could send these to people who were unable to attend. Despite the restrictions, it was therefore possible to celebrate my uncle's life in a truly meaningful way. My uncle's funeral plan fully covered the cost of the funeral and arrangements for a headstone were dealt with efficiently.

John, Chris and the whole “family” of staff provide their services to the highest of standards, even during a pandemic.

We were able to do everything we wanted to give Barb the best send off possible in the current climate and John was more than happy to facilitate any request and/or conversation.

They always go above and beyond what you would expect, but do so in a way that you are their top priority when you speak with them, even though they are most likely dealing with other clients too! They are very good at managing expectations.

My mothers funeral, although the saddest of times, was through the careful and sensitive approach of all the team at Perry and Phillips, made into a lovely experience. I was grateful for their support and was gently steered through the necessary but unfamiliar steps which one has to negotiate. A more dignified and caring goodbye to a 96 year old world war two Wren could not have been imagined.

Thankyou for giving me and all the guests such a lovely memory to reflect on, and my mum would hve loved the white ensign, and would say thankyou too if she could. Blue Skies Wendy

During the Covid 19 outbreak I was left with the difficult and daunting task of arranging my mother's funeral by myself. Perry and Phillips could not have been more helpful, in explaining the restrictions they were working under and guiding me through the process of arranging a funeral during these challenging times.

Guided by an excellent celebrant, the service we created was intimate and beautiful. John's suggestion to create our own floral tribute (on a bicycle wheel)
Allowing us to cycle behind the hearse and my son singing, created a personal and unique funeral that mom would have loved. Allowing the service to be live streamed across the world, meant that many family members attended who in normal circumstances we may have discounted. An excellent service working through challenging times. Thankyou so much.
