Care and support was extremely good and attention to detail exemplary. My father's funeral was carried out exactly as discussed and planned and I was given plenty of advice and information regarding the restrictions in force due to the pandemic.

The Perry & Phillips team did everything we asked and more. Their work throughout was aimed at ensuring we were given all the support and help required and was really appreciated during Covid-19.

Their suggestions for those to help with flowers and catering were very helpful and the Vintage Chefs and Blooms of Bridgnorth were both great to deal with and produced some wonderful food and flowers.

I cannot really put into words how much we appreciated the excellent service received. The small things make all the difference. The help with sourcing music and design and printing of the service sheet took so many worries away from us. Thank you Chris and the whole team.

I can only say every aspect of Brads funeral from the planning to the delivery was excellent. So much attention to detail accompanied by empathy, respect and  such kindness to Brad and our families. We cannot thank Perry & Phillips enough for all their care and professionalism they showed during what is a very difficult time. But it was how they looked after my mum that really showed their care and dedication. We we able to go to the chapel of rest to pay our last respects whenever we chose and I can honestly say she looked beautiful and so peaceful her hair blow dryed and wearing her favourite clothes I can’t thank them enough. On the day of the funeral we had a very personal grave service which went so smooth and we knew we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Thank you John Adams.

It is difficult to put into words how appreciative we are of the care,consideration, understanding and absolute professionalism of John and his team at Perry and Phillips. From the very first phone call to arrange my late mother's cremation to the day of the funeral itself we received a complete personal service that was second to none. We were able to go and see Mum to say our last goodbye and she looked so peaceful - I knew she was being well cared for!The preparations for the day were totally stress-free as everything was organised to our wishes. On the morning of the funeral John telephoned to reassure me that the flowers had arrived and all was well. We will always be eternally grateful that what was a very sad day for us and our families was one we can look back on and smile knowing that Mum was given a fitting and respectful goodbye. I have given Perry and Phillips 5 stars - they deserve ten times that. Thank you all.

Perry & Phillips treated us with such care throughout the whole process. They kept us informed and were always there to answer any questions. They looked after dad and we felt that he was very well taken care of. We would recommend them to anyone.
