I cannot say enough to discibe the service myself and my husband received from Susan and her team. Keith was treated with respect and was collected from the hospice the afternoon he died safely in their hands it was the most wonderful beginning of this last journey for me. Suzanne was lovely . She naturally has a kind , loving but very professional way about her .

I could not thank Susan Whymark enough and her staff especially Mandy who assisted all the way with the organisation of my friends funeral, nothing seemed too much trouble whatsoever, I was kept informed and up to date with everything, they are a complete pleasure to deal with even in the hardest and saddest of times.

Excellent, highly professional service, which also managed to be deeply personal. Sue Whymark and her team could not have been more helpful. Susan Townsend-Parker died fairly suddenly over the Easter weekend, in the evening at home. Sue Whymark's team collected her, very sympathetically and respectfully, very late at night, with the least possible fuss. She was beautifully dressed when we went to see her before the funeral, and looked as if she was simply having a lovely sleep. Every little personal touch we wanted was attended to, and the more than 200 people who attended the funeral were unanimous in their praise.

I can not thank Susan enough for her support, compassion and professionalism during our loss of my mum. Mandy has a kind and soft personality, I didn't feel rushed or under any pressure at all whilst making arrangements for my father's funeral. All details were handled promptly and efficiently and updates followed throughout by email or telephone so I felt reassured that everything was in hand.
On the day of the funeral Susan gave us a lovely welcome easing us. A personal request was met on the journey to the service which I greatly appreciated.
Susan and her team are wonderful and handle a very emotional time with dignity and compassion. Thank you
