From the moment I met with Kevin I was reassured that we had made the right choice when contacting a funeral director.

It was a difficult time for us when our mum passed and Kevin quite literally made life much easier during this period.

It was very clear that Kevin is vastly experienced at what he does but what really shone through is that he truly cares about you and your family ensuring he guides you through the process taking off some of the burden where he can.

We can't thank Kevin, Jane and their team enough for ensuring our Mum had a wonderful send off. Their professionalism, empathy and attention to detail shone through in everything they did and was instrumental in the fitting funeral we were all a part of. We really felt that they were taking care of everything, which reduced our stress levels considerably. A family business that made our family feel like our Mum's funeral service was as important to them as it was to us.

Couldn’t have asked for any better for Mum. Kevin helped me through the whole process and found the best Vicar. Due to Covid the whole process could have been much more stressful but Kevin took all that away. 
Mum looked so peaceful in the Chapel of Rest and very much still like Mum. If I could give 10+ stars I really would.
All Mum’s wishes were met for a fantastic price.....which she would have been happy with.
Cannot praise highly enough.

I don't think it is in good taste that I have received this request at all. If there had been problems I would have spoken to Kevin himself and how do you judge a funeral? this is really in bad taste.

These are challenging times and I have been so impressed at the way you have led us through the unusual regulations that have been imposed on those carrying out funerals during the Covid 19 pandemic.

Our daughters were very appreciative of your help at the Crematorium and I personally have valued having your help during this difficult time.

From the initial contact with Kevin to the service itself everything was dealt with sensitively and professionally. All the family felt that despite the sadness of the occasion, the day couldn't have gone better and it was exactly how mum would have wanted it to be.
