Dear Liam & Team, where do I start? I have been reading your amazing reviews and they say everything I need to say and more. From start to finish the service you offer is exemplary, your attention to detail and consideration of our feelings was second to none.
Every detail of my husbands funeral was planned perfectly and went smoothly on the day.
We had a Porsche Cortege and Liam was amazing liasing with the authorities and police to ensure everything went smoothly.
He also chose the perfect location for the cremation which was peaceful and serene.
The compassion the team showed towards us helped us all get through a difficult day. The saddest day but a wonderful memorial.
My family and I would highly recommend Southgate & Roberts, they go above and beyond.

Obviously a difficult time for our family, the arrangements for services at the crematorium, followed by a Thanksgiving service at the church were made so much easier by the supportive, efficient & sympathetic input from Southgate & Roberts. Their presence and guidance at every step was very much appreciated.

This is the 3rd time we have used Southgate & Roberts and the reason for this is quite simply the service, attention to detail and the care and reassurance they have given me in the saddest of times.

Knowing Michael, was being cared for by Liam, Alan, Ricky and Ian, was precious to me. I highly recommend Southgate and Roberts funeral Directors every phone call, message and email was always professional and dignified but more importantly for me kind, caring and loving.

Sadly due to three family deaths in 18 months this is the third time we have used Southgate and Roberts but like the other two times they went above and beyond making a difficult time and process as easy as it could be. Proffesional and empathetic as always, thanks Liam and team.

From the very first contact, the team made everything feel manageable and took the pressure off our shoulders. They guided us through every step with kindness and sensitivity for Dad’s funeral.

The ceremony was everything we hoped it would be. We had many comments afterwards from family and friends about how lovely and fitting the service was.

We have been extremely impressed by the service provided by Southgate & Robert’s in Ipswich. I cannot speak highly enough of the considerations and kindness that we received, that in a time of mourning was able to de stress the whole process. With a simple service, advice and due processes this allowed the time period to be minimal from the day of the first call to the burial, a throughly professional service.
This is our second family funeral conducted by Southgate and Robert’s in recent years and we cannot speak highly enough of the teams care and professionalism - thank you Liam and team.

The service provided by Liam and his team was outstanding. Right from the start, Liam took the time to listen and understand what we, as a family, wanted for our father's funeral. He made thoughtful suggestions and was kind, respectful and professional throughout. On the day, his discreet organising skills meant that everything ran smoothly. I cannot speak of Southgate and Roberts highly enough. From the first meeting to the farewell after the cremation the service was professional, sensitive and of a high quality. Not the least expensive but the premium service we received far outweighed the additional expense. Liam was first rate and could not do enough for us. He guided us through the process with confidence, grace and with great skill, knowing exactly what we required at each step. My mother would have been delighted with the service she received, which is exactly what we had hoped for.
