Tim has been absolutely amazing! He listened to what we wanted, advised and helped us, making upsetting arrangements more manageable. He was able to answer any questions we had, at any time, even when he surely must have been ‘out of hours’. We felt he gave us the time we needed whilst making the arrangements and nothing was too much trouble. We more than highly recommend Tim and would never use anyone else. Thank you Tim, for everything you have done for us - you have gone above and beyond for myself, Dad and all of our family.

Tim was unbelievably kind, patient and reassuring. He explained each step thoroughly and slowly. I didn't feel rushed into making decisions and he was at the end of the phone if I ever needed to ask a question or felt unsure.  Tim took control for me. He personally liased with the church, florist & printers. I really felt that I was in the best hands as was my husband.

No one wants to arrange a funeral, it just happens to be one of those things that we have to do. When we choose a funeral director, it’s often a quick decision made in the emotion of the moment and we just pray it turns out ok. 
Well, look no further than Tim. He was amazing, he organised everything just as we wanted it and he simplified the whole process. 
We can’t thank him enough for his kindness, his patience, and his ability to just know what to say and what to do, to support us. 
We wouldn’t let anyone else do a funeral for us in the future, it just wouldn’t be the same experience. We are thankful that the choice we made turned out to be one of the best decisions ever! 
Tim, you’re a marvel - thanks for looking after Mum for us, and for taking us under your wing and looking after the whole family.

Tim has gone above and beyond for our family at this horrendous time. He has been available over the phone all the time and has explained everything at every stage. Tim has looked after my dad with the respect everyone deserves and this has been a great comfort to our family. He has gone the extra mile, he is conducting dad's final journey as he does if there was a 100 people, even though unfortunately with the virus none of us can attend. Its the personal touch of picking some flowers from his own garden for dad, which is just so kind and thoughtful, and really means so much to our family. I would highly recommend Tim and his team, I am so glad we found them. They have made this time as bearable as it can be, knowing they are looking after my dad to the highest standards.

Cannot recommend Tim highly enough. He is professional and compassionate. Its alway difficult arranging a funeral for a loved one, but Tim is very helpful and keeps everyone involved well informed every step of the way.

I am so delighted that my parents made their funeral plans with Tim Matthews. He guided them every step of the way; was always there for support and advice; he took time with them and the rest of the family. When the time came to say goodbye to my dad, Tim was like another member of the family. His genuine caring was apparent throughout. Noting was too much trouble. Professional service with a personal touch. He took the time to ensure that the funeral he helped us plan was a fitting tribute to my dad.
