I can not fault the service Mr and Mrs George gave over the collection of my mother form her home, after hours, and all the funeral and cremation arrangements.






Their service was compassionate and professional and I highly recommend them.

Very special service very moving and uplifting at the same time .professional and moving service conducted by Ian George. Thanks to his guidance tina my wife was able to plan the funeral she wanted .he spent a peaceful evening discussing the options while she was ill with cancer on her bed with me her husband there to .he was compassionate and put us both at our ease dealing with a difficult and emotional subject .he also conducted tinas mother funeral and she did not hesitate to choose his services again .the whole service was perfect and much appreciated by those attending..my family and I can never thank him enough for beautiful celebration of tinas life thank you

Ian and Denise were incredibly helpful when planning the farewell. They were very sympathetic and couldn't do enough for us. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and easy to understand.

I thought it was going to be horrific to arrange mums funeral but Ian and Denesha supported us all the way through the process. From the first time I spoke to Ian on the phone to the time I picked mum up from their office, they were always so kind and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble, especially when I wanted certain things to happen. 
They are amazing souls who totally understand what you are going through, theres no rush, or pushing, just reassurance and kindness. Even when the tears come, they dont judge you. 
I also want to say how pleasant and professional the guys were who collected mum in the first place. Very understanding when I burst into tears. 
So a huge thank you to all of the team for making an horrific time a bit easier for me

Ian George and his team made what could have been a very unhappy and sad occasion very much more bearable . Ian explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had, he was patient and understanding. He sorted the printing of the order of service, Including several amendments, the funeral notice in the local paper and a choice of coffin. 
I had no experience of this type of occasion but felt reassured and confident that the funeral arrangements were being dealt with efficiently, sympathetically and in the way that we wanted. 
I would certainly recommend him to anyone needing to arrange a funeral.

Ian and Danesha catered for every one of our wishes at a very difficult time. The whole procedure was professionally done with both compassion and a great deal of care for us. Ian dealt with a lot of the formalities with the hospital which took a great weight off our shoulders. Nothing was too much trouble even when we changed our minds on details at short notice. We would highly recommend Ian George and his team to look after anyone at this sad time.

Everything was handled with great tact and sympathy without being obsequious. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were patient and kind and their attention to detail was superb. Family and friends attending the funeral commented on how dignified and respectful the pallbearers were. I would highly recommend them.

Under the circumstances would have been interested to visit before hand and plan the event with hindsight. I could not, parent was not that sort of person. (I have not been, to many funerals).

Ian, Denesha and team are lovely. They are caring, helpful and supportive throughout the whole process and their attention to detail is excellent. The service delivered by Ian at our dad's funeral was lovely and all of the family felt that dad had a very good send off.

I cannot recommend Ian & Denesha highly enough, from when I first met Ian, I knew he would look after us through such a painful time.

Nothing was too much trouble, they helped us sort through all the arrangements. Guided us to what we needed to be done & when & did them for us, where possible.

They took away the hard work, allowing the family to come to terms with our loss.

On the day of the funeral, Ian & his colleagues were kind & professional. They were there for us, every step of the way.

Thoughtful and helpful throughout. Some great ideas to personalise the experience for my bridge obsessed mother and her bridge club friends who attended the funeral. It was well worth going with a small firm - it was right for her and for us as a family.
