My Review would like you to know how professional Ian has been throughout the arrangements for the funeral of my husband , Gordon Young .He has a wonderful way of giving his personal thoughtfulness to family members who are grieving at this very difficult time. Ian's Staff echo his service. I thank them for the help , comfort and strength their work gave me . It was a perfect funeral service conducted by Ian, my daughter and a dear friend , with respect and humour just as Gordon wished.

Everything went according to plan.He was very good instructing my sons how to be pall bearers and being very supportive with our family at a sad time.
Unfortunately we have had to use Ian twice in a short space of time and each time he was excellent.

We were very pleased with the personal service you provided. Very friendly, approachable and had the human touch which we needed at this time of distress and emotional turmoil. You were both thoughtful and empathetic and managed to introduce humour appropriately into a sensitive situation. You gave us time which was needed to make choices appropriately and guidance when it was was needed. Ian and his wife made an awful situation far less stressfull than it could of been. They were both amazing and professional and nothing was too much trouble. They were both very caring and respected our wishes. I would highly recommend them.
