My two sons and I recently had to choose a funeral director to to arrange my wife's funeral.We had no idea who to choose,so took a chance on a independent person Ian George..Were we lucky ...Ian came along and put our minds at ease.He did what was necessary immediately and then visited my house on several occasions to help us through what was a very distressing and confusing situation we had been thrown into.He helped and advised us throughout to organise a very personal and fitting farewell for my wife.He guided us through compiling a wonderful order of service and obtaining a marvellous Celebrant.. Marie who put the whole jigsaw together to piece together our ideas and wishes and add her own meaningful sentiments to give my Beautiful wife and mother the send off she deserved ..We can't thank them enough.

I’m so pleased to have used their services for my darling husband’s funeral. Ian was on hand to provide a personal touch but I was also impressed with the level of professionalism shown throughout. Whilst it is always good to support a local family business I have to say it was not at the mercy of quality of service and value for money; they outperformed a well known national company I have used previously on both counts. Ian George funeral services are a wonderful family run funeral directors. From the very first phone call we felt listened to and understood. Ian and Danesha treated us with compassion and love, nothing was a problem for them and they helped us say goodbye to our Mum with professionalism and true dignity, with a sincere and heartfelt service.
