As a family we have had to use the services of George Brooke twice in the last 8 months and their customer care, attention and kindness has been brilliant on both occasions. They have a top class level of professionalism from start to finish and are able to make the whole funeral personable to your loved one meaning that the service goes smoothly and just how you wanted it. Every staff member I have dealt with has been so patient and understanding and most important of all, helpful. I can't praise George Brooke and their staff enough for the care they have shown us and the lovely send offs we have been able to give our loved ones due to their service. Thank you

Pre-Funerals - Judith and the team at Brookes did a wonderful job in taking all the stress out of organising the funeral at a time when you need to be grieving.
They took great care of the 2 funerals I had in a 3-month period.
Always professional, courteous respectful and move forward with the arrangements well, with regular gentle reminders to make the right decisions in good time.
During Funerals – on the day Brookes were faultless, everything went as planned and on time which lets you get on with the dealing with the grief.
Post Funerals – several days after the funeral we had a catch up just to say how well things went and a thank you to Judith and the team.

Following a previous positive experience, we enjoyed outstanding customer service from the outset with Judith and Dee, exemplifying ‘above and beyond. Regular communication was patient and highly responsive and any hurdles or challenges in planning the funeral were expertly resolved. For anyone living in their catchment area, it has to be first choice.

What is a difficult enough time for us a family all staff were professional , friendly, kind, caring and extremely efficient in their approach.
