The world needs more Cas not one less. Past and present family excepted, Cas was someone I always loved being with, trusted implicitly, a friend who would tell you honestly what she felt. I always thought Cas ( and Adrian) would be there if ever I / we needed for anything. An example and inspiration on how to live life. Thank you Cas.
Your life, zest, verve, influence, integrity, honesty and frankness are to be cherished. At a time when our geographical separation was lessening I rue the missed chances and future opportunities to share times again but will always hold dear incredible moments, memories, ventures and a friendship over so many years forever. Adrian is simply the best, Erin and James are blessed by your love, focus, spirit and gumption and are truly well launched. Rest in peace Cas knowing we will all try to support each other, your fabulous family and live life to the beat, spirit and love of your very big and fabulous heart. xxxxxx
