In loving memory of Roger Parris who sadly passed away on 7th April.

You are sorely missed by so many people whose hearts & lives you touched so deeply and in such a positive and memorable way. You will be remembered for being such a unique, selfless, humble, kind, funny & generous man who bravely fought for life. We love you so much and will continue to live your life principles every day.

The St Catherine’s Hospice carers were a massive support to us all in Roger’s final weeks and he always looked forward to their visits, so if you would like to make a donation then please click on the link as it would be so appreciated by our family & St Catherine’s.

As a family, we would like to send a huge belated thank you to everyone who donated to Roger’s JustGiving fund for the wonderful St Catherine’s Hospice. He would have been so overwhelmed with the huge amount of money raised and proud that it will provide help to others in need, so THANK YOU! He continues to be missed every day, but the wonderful memories we have, keep us strong. All our love, Brenda, Ingrid, Anna and Dan xxxx

Testimony to his kindness and humanity, helping in people's hour of need. I will remember fondly and with gratitude his support for his daughter's best friend when dealing with my loss. A man with a van and a penchant for boxes and recycling! RIP❤️

Roger was one of lifes true gentelmen, he never had a bad word to say about anyone. He was very nice to chat too and had lots of great advice and i will miss him tremendously at the club. His legacy at the Crawley model rail club will live on for many years because he had built so many peoples bace boards including mine! He was a perfectionist and his carpentry skills were a joy to behold, everything he made was perfection.

As a member of CMRS for only a few years, I found Roger was always willing to help and advise when it came to building or modifying model railway baseboards. His friendly nature combined with his obvious skill made him the go to person. He will be sorely missed.

In loving memory of Uncle Rog. He was always generous, kind, patient and full of good humour with us all (that may have been the wine). He will greatly missed, but lovely memories are ours to keep xxx
