It’s coming up on your 4th anniversary and each year goes by doesn’t dull your loss. I think of the memories we never had a chance to make. Life continues but it never means I don’t miss you or think of you. Speak soon x

Your birthday has just passed as has our anniversary. I lit a candle for you as you’ll always be in my heart. X

In some ways the passage of time eases your loss, but in others not. I think I grieve for the memories that we would have had, particularly as Williams grows up. He’s doing well and misses you too, in his own way. Somethings I hoped for the future haven’t worked out which has been difficult to accept. We both miss you and talk of you when we hear or see something you’d have laughed at or commented upon. Xx

It’s nearly 3 years now since I lost you. In some ways life continues whether you want it to or not, but you’re in my thoughts. I wish you could have seen more of William growing up. He’s moving to secondary later this year and we talk about you and what you would have said or thought sometimes, miss you xx

Still here . Empty hearted.

I knew Christine through her all-too-brief association with the Queen's English Society. An absolutely delightful person, lost far too soon. My deepest condolences to her husband, sons, other family, friends, colleagues and pupils.

Christine was one of the loveliest women I have ever met. She was highly intelligent, had a razor-sharp wit balanced with kindness, thoughtfulness and love - she was awful damned pretty, too. Christine never suffered fools gladly so it's a wonder she was so fond of me. The bountiful happiness Christine shared with Ian and the boys can never be measured. Her character and all-round goodness will stay nested within me for as long as I live.

Everyone has fair-weather friends aplenty. Christine was our all-weather friend. Zealously loyal and protective. We were privileged that she was our friend. Sleep well, good friend.

A beautiful lady, a wonderful friend. Christine, you will be missed so much. Absolutely heartbroken that you are no longer here, but pleased that you are at peace. I will miss you so much, nothing was ever too much trouble for you. God bless xxxx

A beautiful lady inside and out who would do anything to help anyone if it was within her power, truly blessed to have known such a beautiful soul. Rest in peace now Christine, you will be missed by so many.
