In loving memory of Joyce Bartram who sadly passed away with her family by her side, on 21st August 2015, aged 87 years.
Beloved Wife of the late Cecil, long term Partner of Frank, beloved Mother of Jackie, Lesley and Pat, Mother in Law of Tony, Bob and the late Paul. A loving Grandmother of Leanne, Carla, Vincent, Gemma, Matthew, Daniel and the late John and a treasured Great Poorly Nanar. We all love and miss you.
