Teresa Marie Clarke, a beloved daughter to Neil, sister to Tracey and aunt to Hannah, from Nottingham, passed away peacefully aged 48 years at Hayward House, Nottingham on Monday 21st March 2022.
Teresa was born in Nottingham, attended Brinsley Primary School, from there she went to Nottingham Bluecoat School and then studied at Clarendon College
Teresa was a District Nurse, Team Leader and Practice Teacher. Over her time as a nurse she has had various roles including working on the Hospital wards, dermatology and many more areas. She also taught for The Open University.
Teresa became a Florence Nightingale Nurse in 2020 and then last year (2021) became a Queen's Nurse, both accolades she and her family were very proud of. Teresa loved to read, sing, play the piano and walk within the great outdoors to appreciate nature.
Teresa also had a passion for Reflexology which she qualified up to Level 5 and practised on a regular basis
She was much loved by family, friends and colleagues and will be sorely missed.
Family ask that there are no flowers, but if you would like to make a donation to one or both of the charities that are close to our hearts. Thank you everyone xx

Teresa, I’m so glad I got to thank you for your support. I didn’t really know you then but still you encouraged me to talk to you cos you genuinely wanted to be there and you continued to be there, and it didn’t take long for me to trust you because of the amazing, genuinely caring person you were, which I know first hand is rare. You had such a passion for teaching, and you had so much knowledge and experience to give, you genuinely loved the career that you’d worked so hard for and wanted to share that to anyone who wanted to learn.
You were such an inspiration Teresa and I feel so honoured to have worked alongside you, even if just for a short time. All I can say is thank you. ❤️
