Martin passed away peacefully on 4th March 2022, aged 81, following a long illness fought with courage and typical good humour. Beloved husband of Linda and dear friend to so many. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. A memorial service in celebration of his life will be held later in the year.

I was saddened to hear only today that martin had passed away.....when my own father died peter newbrook in 2009 i sold the catalogue of esquire records to him at the time...he was kind generous man...may he rest in peace.....

We shall always treasure our loving memories of a kind and generous brother-in-law. The ever-present support and enthusiasm he gave to our lifestyle changes and projects, plus his encouragement and interest in our Business were all greatly appreciated at the time and will be sorely missed, as of course, will Martin himself. A very wonderful and special person.
