The death occurred on Friday 18th February 2022 at Withybush Hospital of Mr. John de Lisle Wells aged 74 years of Lampeter Velfrey, Narberth.
John will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
The funeral service will take place on Monday 21st March at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth at 1:00pm.
There will be family family only with donations in lieu if so desired for 'Injured Jockey's fund'
