David died unexpectedly but peacefully surrounded by family at Heath Road Hospital on February 11th, aged 84. Beloved Husband of Ruth for 54 years; treasured Dad of Matthew, Rebecca and Daniel; adored Grandpa to Ruby, Amelie, Tommy, Aster, Maddie, Dexter and Hannah; cherished Big Brother to Doug. Lifelong teacher and Head of Broke Hall Primary 1975-97. Deeply loved. Service of Thanksgiving at Capel St. Mary Methodist Church, March 9th, 3.00pm, following a private committal.
