In loving memory of Alice Olivia Clark who was taken too soon on 5th January 2022, aged 21 years.

Alice will be loved always and forever missed by her eternally proud family, friends, colleagues and all who knew her.

Alice achieved so much in her life, having completed her Duke of Edinburgh Gold and was so pleased to be asked to Buckingham Palace to collect her award. She was an enthusiastic member of Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Rangers and also volunteered at Rainbows for a couple of years only stopping when she went to University to study Paramedic Science. Alice gained her brown belt in Karate and also enjoyed swimming.

Alice was so full of life and enjoyed it to the full. She loved going to see live music and musicals. She also had a growing passion for travel having recently visited Morocco (on her own) and then Budapest. She was so excited to be visiting Iceland at the end of February but sadly that was not to be. Her wish was to visit 25 countries before her 25th Birthday having already managed to visit 14.

Alice had a varied career starting at Sainsburys as a Christmas temp, working on a Saturday at a Chemist in Wigmore, sharing a paper round with her Brother, as a carer at Hanningfield Care Home, Sittingbourne then Blair Park Care Home in Sittingbourne until she graduated from University to start her career as a Paramedic.

One thing that keeps us strong is that Alice fulfilled her dream to be a Paramedic and was so happy to go to work each shift. She genuinely was living her dream with amazing friends she made along the way.

If you are attending the service for Alice, no black to be worn please but instead, it would be nice if you were to wear something ‘green’ in recognition of her valued role as a paramedic, or purple as these were Alice’s favourite colours.

Immediate family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Alice for ‘Air Ambulance Charity Kent, Surrey & Sussex’, would be gratefully received and can be made by cheque payable to the charity and sent
c/o John Weir Funeral Directors, 130 – 132, High Street, Rainham, Kent ME8 8AR. Telephone. 01634 373111, or can be made online via this page. Thank you.

‘Rest easy Alice, your shift is done, we’ll take it from here……’
