Peter George Howard former chairman of Stowmarket Council and local Magistrate, died peacefully in Ipswich Hospital on January 12th 2022 aged 87 years. A devoted husband to the late Muriel, a loving father to Julie and Robert, a proud grandfather to Hannah, Julian, Thomas, Olivia and George and great grandfather to Darcy.
