Dearest Mark. Your support over the last year, through my covid recovery, was more important to me than you could ever know. Your positivity has inspired me to be a better person and your encouragement to go back to university has changed my life. You were always the optimist and will never be forgotten. Rest in peace. I had the pleasure of working with Mark at Stratford Police Station doing outstanding forensic dockets. He was an outstanding colleague with a dry sense of humour. Many condolences to his family.

Mark my friend. You will be sadly missed. Our WhatsApp and messenger ping pong since we first met in Coventry. You kept my spirits up when I was low always ready with a quip or meme. Never outwardly showing your own challenges. Will miss our chats and missing the banter already: be Strong as you can be Veronika. Thoughts and prayers from Elena and I. Sorry we can’t be there to pay our respects in person
