In loving memory of Dr Thomas James Hawkins who sadly passed away on 31st December 2021, loving husband to Sylvia and doting father to daughters Shelly (d. 1962), Sarah (d. 2016) and son Simeon.

Consultant Anaesthetist in Nottingham and Lt. Col. in the Territorial Army, former Commanding Officer of 144 Parachute Field Ambulance and the Battlefield Advanced Trauma Life Support training team. A proud Airborne soldier.
