In loving memory of John Phillips who sadly passed away on 2nd January 2022 at Southend Hospital.
John was a loving Husband, Dad, Granddad and Brother.
He married his childhood Sweetheart Janice in Feb 1968 and had 53 happy years together. They had two Sons Simon and Darren born in 1970 and 1972 respectively. He worked hard and played hard, in between running a Hardware shop in Thundersley for 8 years , John spent hours either in the Swimming baths or over the playing fields with Simon and Darren. .
He had two Grandsons James and Joshua who he adored and they adored him. James is 10, and Josh 6 and the real sadness is that they only experienced John's Love for a short time
Events in Nov 1984 ultimately changed his future life, but this never changed his priority which was to be a Loving Husband, Dad and Granddad and friends to those that knew him.
He will be much missed
