Our Grandad’s brilliant mind, razor-sharp wit and hilarious sense of humour will always hold a deeply special place in my memory. For his lessons about life and the love he shared with his family I’ll be eternally grateful.

I will always have fond memories of Grandad, playing 3 rounds of golf with you and dad in Vilamoura, the many Christmases at Walton Road and Ravendale Way and of course the fact that he joined us for our wedding day back in September, to name just a few. I was lucky to share many of the same interests as Grandad and we bonded over our love of watches, gadgets, cars, french wine and of course Golf. I always enjoyed our time on the course together but those rounds feel extra special now. Rest easy Grandad, much love always xx

I always enjoyed your company spread over 20 years, both here in the UK and abroad, on our many TFL trips together. Always fun to be with, always of an even temperament. Always top of the Limerick competitions we organised together, and it was always a pleasure to play golf with you.
