Peacefully passed away on 19th November at Singleton Hospital, Annie.
Dearly loved wife of Chris,
loving mother of Jes, Sarah, Andy and the late baby Lou,
proud nan-nan of her 8 grandsons.
Funeral Wednesday 1st December leaving her home in Bryncoch 1.45pm for a service at Swansea Crematorium 2.30pm.
Please wear something leopard or animal print in memory of Annie.
