On 7th October 2021, at his home, with his family at his bedside, aged 70 years, Chucky, very much loved dad of Michelle, Michael, Vikki, Donna and James, a dear father in law, beloved grandad and great grandad, a dearly loved brother, brother in law and uncle.
Family and friends are asked to gather at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Thursday 21st October 2021 at 9.45am.
Family flowers only, donations in his memory may be made online or sent to George Brooke Ltd., for the benefit of The Royal British Legion.

May you rest in peace Chucky!! What a character you was. I will forever remember you 🤍 you meant so much to a lot of people and many of my family will miss you dearly! I’m also sending you love from my dad (David) who will also miss you very much. You was a massive part in his life especially growing up. We will be there to say our last goodbyes tomorrow: stand at ease soldier until we meet again xxxx

I worked with Chucky at Woodlands Care home for about 6 years. I have great memories of a kind man who would do anything he could to help you out. I can't make the funeral due to work commitments but Chucky and his family will be in my thoughts. RIP Chucky x
