In loving memory of baby Hallie-Jayne Nell Kompaniez Thomas, who sadly passed away in NICU Cardiff on 22nd August 2021, surrounded by her heartbroken Mum and Dad.

Loving daughter of Laura and Ross, cherished granddaughter of Cheryl, Paul, Benita, Trevor and great-granddaughter of Edwina. Much loved Niece of Aunties Louise, Hannah, Lucy, Sam and Natalie. Also loving Uncles Marc, Matthew, Tom and Tomas. Hallie-Jayne will also be sadly missed by all her cousins and extended family and friends. She will forever be in their thoughts.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to SCIPS. We would also like to ask people to wear a splash of Lilac please
