Roy passed away peacefully at Weston Park Hospital after a short illness on 3oth September 2021 aged 76 years.
Roy was a dearly loved Dad to Chris and Father in law to Angela, much loved Grandad to Sam and Jack and a friend to many who will be very sadly missed.
Roy started his working life as a apprentice at British Rail in 1960 and retired in 1986. Roy then joined Royal Mail and worked till his full retirement in 2006.
