On 16th August 2021, peacefully at home following a very short illness, aged 49 years, Dave, loving and much-loved husband of Bev, dearly loved dad of Sam, Georgia and Josh, much loved father- in- law of Chanelle, proud grandad of Lacey, beloved son of Roy and Jannice, a very dear and loved brother, brother-in-law, son-in-law and uncle.
Funeral service will take place at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Tuesday 31st August 2021 at 11.50am.
Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made online or placed in the collection box provided at the service for the benefit of West Yorkshire Dog Rescue .
