Baz's funeral service will take at Gilroes Crematorium on Tuesday 24th August at 11.30am.
Flowers are welcome or donations in Baz's memory can be made to Loros Hospice.
Baz's family will be celebrating his life by wearing smart and casual clothing and invite you to join them.
