As a good friend of my dad’s, Colin was somebody I saw quite often and I always found him to be good humoured and loyal to my dad. He visited him in his final weeks in hospital, and I’m grateful for that. I know it was a huge comfort to my dad to see his mate.

I like to think they’re having a few ciders up there. So to your dad, and mine - cheers!

Marcus, just found out about Colin passing. I was very sad to hear this news. We had many chats with Colin over the years. I remember him sunbathing and wanting Gerry to cut down some of his trees that were blocking out the sunlight! Best wishes at this difficult time, Steve Alexander
