On 29th March 2021, aged 28 years, Jade left her family heartbroken, the very much loved daughter of Pip and the late John, beloved sister of Luke and Ellie, a dear sister in law and proud auntie, dearly loved by her
grandma, auntie Helen and cousins Katie, William and Sam.
On Monday 26th April, at 11.15am, in line with current guidelines, family and friends not able to attend the crematorium are invited to meet at The Maltings in Mirfield for a final goodbye. A private family service at Dewsbury Moor crematorium will follow at 11.50am.
Balloons would be lovely, donations in Jade’s memory, rather than flowers may be sent to George Brooke Ltd., Funeral Directors, or made on line for the benefit of Mind.
