my song for you nan;

No words can explain this pain that i feel, and if i had one wish id have hands that could heal,
Coz then you wouldnt have to go through this, none of us can stand watching you go through it,
Id put my arms around you and take it all away, then here with us thats where you'd stay.
Coz you was the one that held us all together and when you're gone il be missing you forever,
I dont know if im going to find the strength to get up, to stand there and tell them all im messed up,
Angry confused im so sad that you're gone, the only way i can express is in this song.
You're here right now you're alive and breathing but i feel like im already greiving,
The tears are seeping, from my eyes and it begins, to hypnotise my mind daydreaming,
Thinking about your time on this earth and it hurts, dont wanna be sitting in that church, saying goodbye i wanna fly, with you till i know you-re safe and in my heart theres this special place.
My love for you will never fade, it will only get stronger as we get through the days,
You taught me to be strong and to be kind,
A person as special as you is rare to find,
You'll live on through the memories, the family, the love that we all share,
Life can be so cruel and horribly unfair,
But you showed us every day not to give up sitting in your chair and drinking tea from your cup,
Giggling away and playing eye-spy,
Id soak up every second and try not to cry,
You're here right now you're alive and breathing but i feel like im already greiving the tears are seeping from my eyes and it begins to hyptonise my mind daydreaming, thinking bout your time on this earth and it hurts, dont wanna be sitting in this church, saying goodbye i wanna fly, with you till i know you're safe, and in my heart there this special place, for you, my Nanny Pat ?

so glad you got to here it before you left us, rest peacefully my beautiful angel ? xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Pat, there is no doubt to how much you will be missed, such a caring woman. Much of my childhood was spent with you running around after us girls cooking meals & making midnight feasts. Your roast dinners & chicken curries (eaten with our hands) were the best. I remember you cycling to mine late at night to bring toby. thoughts & love are with Annie & the family. Rest easy lovely lady xxxx
