In loving memory of Madeline Spatchet who sadly passed away on 5th April 2021.
Madeline passed away peacefully in her own home with John, Jenny and Ruth beside her.
She had thoroughly enjoyed her 100th birthday in December and was grateful and delighted to receive so many cards, messages memories and photos reflecting many years of friendship and service.
Family, Church and friends were central to her life and she had a particular regard for the needs of children and young people. Right up to the last she derived great joy from her relationship with her granddaughter, Ruth and her great-grandchildren, Alfie, Toby and Molly. May her example, care and love live on in all whose lives she touched.
She was a lifelong supporter of the Children's Society
(https://www.childrenssociety.org.uk/)
and the Church Army
( https://churcharmy.org/)
and Prama Care is the organisation who supported her with great care and kindness in recent years
( https://www.pramacare.org.uk/).
We hope to be able to pass on contributions to these charities in celebration of her life. Thank you!

NB The Funeral will be take place at 11:00am on Fri 23rd April and will be live streamed on YouTube on St Michael's Church, Colehill Channel at...
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQhKYt27oSB5xVjEjz-_GzA/home?view=2&live_view=501
and will be available for at least 4 weeks afterwards.

We hope to hold a service to celebrate Madeline's life later when we can have more people in Church and meet together afterwards.
