On 26th March, peacefully at Airedale Hospital. Madeline aged 83 years of Ilkley. Beloved partner of Gordon, much loved mother of Amanda, David and Kate, loving nana of Ben, James, Jacob and Finley. Due to the present circumstances a private funeral will take place at this time.

I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Madeline. I worked with Madeline in Cooper's shoe shop, Ilkley in 1985/6. She was a lovely lady and was very welcoming to a scouser who had recently moved to Yorkshire. I remember one occasion where my sister Laine and I shared a family meal at Madeline's home and then we all went to the local pantomime which her daughter was appearing in. Happy times, she will be missed.
