  • I forgot to add, my best memory of Nix was on parade when he was playing the big bass drum, loved that ☺️

My dear Nichollebeez, for over 40 years you have been one of my dearest friends. I will always hold fond memories in my heart of all the happy and crazy times we had; roommates in Oxford Rd, great times in the Buck, Christchurch St, Hippy Hill, parties, weddings etc. You were always larger than life and a huge pleasure to be around. It's
comforting to know you are no longer suffering and reunited Jenny and Nellie, give them a hug from me. I'm going to miss you Nix, RIP my lovely lovey matey. xxxx

Nix dj'd my wedding reception at the Buck way back in 1983 - a fantastic surprise as he and other friends had got together and arranged everything without our knowledge! A lovely friend, we drifted in and out of each other's lives for nearly 40 years, but when we did catch up his company was always a real treat. I'll miss you Nix, party happy upstairs, and play anything but f'ing Freebird. RIP xx

I have many fond memories of FIona's big brother. Lots of laughs and happy times in Fonnereau Road days, Nick you introduced me to my first Snake-bite! A larger than life character whose laugh you could never forget! I know how much you & FIona loved each other and looked out for each other. Carry on enjoying on the other side. Much love x

A hole has been left in my heart! One of my longest Ipswich friends. So many laughs, parties, meals, weddings, tears and solutions! I will miss that familiar greeting "Ello Girlie".
The best friend/neighbor a gal could of wished for. I was truly blessed the day I met this big brother figure. Knowing that both Jenny and Nellie were waiting for you on the rainbow bridge helps my tears right now. Have peace now my dear friend. xx
