Pat of Bridgwater passed away peacefully at home with her family around her on the 18th February 2021 aged 78. A much loved Wife to Terry, Mum to Lee and Caroline and Lisa and Lee, devoted Nanny Pat and Aunty Pat to all. She will be greatly missed by all her family and many friends. A private funeral service will be held.
