In loving memory of Jesse Agnes James who sadly passed away on 15th February 2021
“Nan” late of Lynton Road, Hazel Way then ASHFORD in Kent.
Sadly Mum passed away on 15 February 2021 in William Harvey Hospital. She is missed immensely by her daughter Lesley and son in law Tony. Grandson David, Emma and great grandchildren Harry & Jessica.
