In loving memory of the late Lee Andrew Dowery who sadly passed away on 29th June 2015

The Church service will be followed by reception at the Catholic Club in Alfreton. You are warmly welcomed to make your way to the reception whilst the family attend a private burial. They will join you shortly afterwards.

By request, family flowers only, but you may instead wish to make a donation to the John Eastwood Hospice.

Am amazing send off for such an amazing lad Dite we did it the way you wanted it. There have been tears laughter singing and dancing. You will be in our hearts and minds forever. Your bravery and strength was truly outstanding throughout you made us smile and laugh right until the end. What a man I am so proud to have called you my friend my family. You have left us too soon Dite.
you were a proud, dignified man, and such a good friend to many, your humour and friendship were felt by all around you.
You'll be remembered with great memories from childhood to now, lots of smiles too, not as a sufferer or victim, but a fantastic bloke who always made time to talk about the little things. They meant so much Dite.
You'll live on, in hearts, minds and memories, sleep easy now xx
