One of the many cards I received from Lesley speaks about friends. This quote is by Stacie Martin:
"I have learned that the friends who hold your hand through the tough times and watch your soul twirl during the best, are the ones you should spend your lifetime dancing with."
Lesley was one of those friends. She was my soul sister who I met serendipitously. Our kinship grew over the last 7 years. She cared for others more than for herself, while dancing through the tough times and the best times.
Barry and I will miss her deeply, but her beautiful smile will remain in our hearts forever. We know, as she continues on her journey, her sweet soul will embrace others with love and compassion.
May her memory be a blessing to Paul and all of Lesley's family and friends.
Love,
Alana and Barry
