Margaret Stringer was born in December 1930. Margaret was the only girl, with four brothers and grew up in Ivy Street Rainham, Kent.
She married Cyril in April 1948 at the age of seventeen and they moved to Upchurch where they spent their entire married life in Chaffes Lane. Linda, their daughter was born in May 1951 and Colin was born in May 1960.
When Margaret passed away she was a Nan to four Grandchildren and a Great Nan to five Great Grandchildren.
