Jody Ross Wyles 22.12.1965 - 19.6.2015

Jody was our much loved wife and mother. She loved knitting, crocheting and creative things like photography and painting. As much as she loved knitting, she loved us more! She was always there for us, her husband Graham and children Rebecca, Laurence, Emily and Charlie and little dog Scruffy too.

My wife was my best friend and lover; my everything.

Our mum was the most courageous person we ever met, she was so determined to always be there for her loved ones. She will be with us in everything we do forever.

Jody was and will always be our hero. Wherever you are or will be soon you are safe and you are happy and hopefully knitting!

We will always love you x

I remember when we first collected our Mum and new Sister from hospital after birth. I was 17.
I remember the Terry towel nappies hung in kitchen at Fairfax Drive (no disposable ones then), and occasionally changing one myself then watching it fall off.
I remember when we moved to your Grandads Hotel in Devon and you asking why the farms had kegs of beer outside their gates and us explaining what a milk churn was.
So so many happy memories of my little sistee.
Love you Jody.

Aka Bellalou on Ravelry. (Knitters with breast cancer group)
Another beautiful sister snatched from us far too soon.
Sending sincere condolences to jody's family and all who loved her.
I can see by the many photos that Jody loved life and lived it to the max.
May she continue to shine in your hearts and may some of your tears be replaced by laughter when you think of her.
Rest in peace Jody........... X

Jody is loved and missed by all of her BC sisters on the Ravelry Knitters with Breast Cancer group. My condolences go out to her whole family. I'm so sorry for you loss. I'd also like to think wherever she is, she's looking over us all knitting to her heart's content. Hugs!

I only knew of Jody through her daughter Bekka and she seemed to be a lovely lady. I remember she kindly knitted some gloves for my great niece & nephew. I would have loved to have met her. She has done an incredible job with her children as Bekka is a truly lovely girl. I am so sad for your loss. Much love Susan , Mark & family x

You always told me not to pick up a butterfly otherwise its wings might break and it might die. I picked one up when you weren't looking and put it down straight away - I didn't tell you for 12 years, because I didn't want you to be angry with me. When I told you you just laughed at me. X

Aunty Jody was a truely lovely woman, the sort of person you couldn't dislike. Such a shock that she's gone, and my thoughts are with uncle graham and the kids. Aunty Jody will never be forgotten x
