In loving memory of John Colin Rose who passed away peacefully at Queen's hospital on 8th January 2021, aged 83 years. Loving husband of the late Margaret Rose, cherished father of Alison, Colin, and Michael, splendid grandad to Sarah, Iain, Scott, and Jonah, treasured great-grandad to Zach, and beloved brother to David.
A private family service for John will be held at Bretby Crematorium in the Carnarvon Chapel.

As the days go by, I’m afraid that the loss of having you with us rather intensifies, even here, 12,000 miles away it is an awfully tangible thing... however we do also know, that is not what you would want for us & it is with that spirit in mind that we make this small donation to a cause which we know would be dear to you. So in your honour we promise to try not to be gloomy, but to strive onward & up-ward as you would wish us to do.
