In loving memory of Anita Davy who sadly passed away on 5th January 2021.

Anita was beloved friend to many, mum, nana, sister, niece and auntie-she will be hugely missed.
She lived life to the full; always with a plan for the next holiday-her favourites were Canada, San Francisco, Ibiza, Newquay and Blackpool. We made the most of her last months between lockdowns to take trips to Lytham St Anne's, The Lakes and to Chester.

She was a popular woman with many friends whom she'd met through her school and working life which began in retail and moved on to catering and domestic services at Airedale Hospital and in local care homes-she always worked hard; at times holding down three jobs when her children were young.
She played hard too; enjoying a song and a dance and perhaps the odd glass (bottle!) of red wine and/or Bacardi and coke.

Please feel free to share memories and messages in memory of a very special lady; our mum.

Love Jo and Cathy (Anita's daughters)

There are many tributes that could be paid to Anita, but as I write this today 3 things come particularly to mind. Her ready and infectious smile. Her sense of fun and zest for life. And her love and commitment to her family and her friends. Her loss is a terrible blow, but she lives on through her daughters and her granddaughter. And also in our memories and in our hearts, every day. Rest easy Anita x

I only met Anita a handful of times but every time was a absolute pleasure. She came along to several of our gigs and even graced the dance floor with her moves on many occasions through out the night. I’m glad we were able to bring back some smiles and memories through the songs we played. Rest in piece Anita and I’m sure you’ll be looking down on your girls and keeping them safe. I’ll be sure to dedicate a song to you at our next gig. A nice up beat one so you can slip on your dancing shoes and boogie once again!! ❤️❤️❌❌❤️❤️

I became friends with Anita 22 years ago when she came to live next door to me. I have such treasured memories of nights out, New Years eves spent together and holidays spent in Barcelona and Rome with she and her friend Leah.
God Bless you Anita. I will never forget you.
