I cannot believe I’ve just heard about this.
Booty.
Man.... you’ve always been a legend of a person and a good friend to me growing up.
You’re the reason i got into guitar and rock music at school and the holidays we went on together with my family.
Amazing times.
I’m sorry to hear this bro.
Rest in peace.

We were so sorry to hear about Christopher. May he rest in peace. He attended St Thomas More school at the same time as our son, Stephen. We wanted to send our condolences, love and prayers.

It's taken us both a while to know what to say here, Chris meant an awful lot to us over the years that we knew him for. The outpouring of love and affection for him both on here and at today's services is so apt and sums up the character of Chris, it's difficult to add much more.

He was a kind and good friend, and one of the most fiercely intelligent people we have had the joy of having in our lives, but even this was in his own modest and understated way.

You should be very proud of him, we love him and we will miss him dearly.

Chris, I’m sorry it’s taken me so long to write this, it’s hard to find the right words. Hopefully you knew how much your friendship has meant to me over the years. So many of my fondest, funniest, most vivid memories of growing up in Cannock are of times we spent together. Your quick wit, integrity, and generosity have always stuck with me–you had more of a positive impact on those around you than perhaps you knew. Back then you were one of very few people where we could look at the world in a similar way, I always admired your finding humour or insight in life’s absurdity. So many of our little group of friends that has stuck together over the years thought the absolute world of you. It was so great to reconnect again recently and I was really looking forward to you visiting Canada in the future. Rest well, Booty. You will be missed.
