John’s family would like to thank everyone for their love, support and generous donations over the past few weeks during such a hard time. We are grateful to have laid John to rest with a lovely funeral service and would like to thank those that could attend or watched online. We will miss him dearly but we will continue to keep him in our hearts and memories, as we are sure all of you will too.

Uncle John you will be greatly missed by everyone. You was a gentleman, that will remain in everyone’s memory. We will always remember your laugh, your smile, your kindness and your funny jokes! You are a amazing person and I will always think of you. I sadly missed the chance to say my final goodbyes but know you was there in my mind and heart. I watched you come down the hill as you went by with great sadness and blew you a kiss from the window. I will always remember the laughs you gave me on the phone as you made everything into a joke even at such sad times. You will forever be missed by us all. Lots of love from your brother Brian, sister in law Kay and your niece and nephew Laura and Joe. We love you John. Xxx

Uncle John, even though today is such a sad day I find comfort in looking at your photos and thinking of the wonderful memories we all have with you. You’ll forever be in our hearts, all our love x

Sad are the hearts that loved you, sad are the tears that fall,
But living our lives without you John, will be the saddest part of all.
Tomorrow we say our final goodbye to you, but you will remain forever in our hearts,
may you rest in peace. X
