The death occurred at Withybush Hospital on Thursday 10th December of Mr Jack Lewis aged 92 years of Cliff Road, Amroth.
Devoted Husband of Peggy, of 71 years.
Dearly loved Dad of Derek, John & Elaine.
Respected Father-in-law to Diane & Hazel.
Cherished Granddad of Nicola & Wayne, Philip, Maria & Jack.
Treasured Great-Granddad of Eli & Joseph.
Close family friend of Wendy.
Due to the current restrictions a private funeral service will take place on Thursday 24th December at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth.
If you wish to pay your final respects, the funeral cortege will leave Cliff Road, Amroth at 10:30am, travelling through Amroth village, proceeding on to Kilgetty for 10.45am before travelling towards to the Crematorium.
There will be family flowers only with donations in memory of Jack for Ty-Hafan Children’s Hospice which may be sent c/o E.C. Thomas & Son Funeral Directors.
