It’s with great sadness that the family of Norman Charles Everest announces his passing  on Tuesday 1st December 2020 at the age of 89. Predeceased by his wife Pauline Everest, Norman will be lovingly remembered by his children Caroline (Rudy) and David (Diane). He will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren Georgina and Matthew, his sister Irene, brother Kenny(deceased) and brother-in-law John(Chris). Forever remembered by his nieces Patricia and Joanne and by his extended family and friends.
A long standing member of the Independent Order of Foresters (IOF) in which he served on numerous committees and helped with many charitable events. Former Chairman and co-founder of the Rainworth Allotment Association.
A funeral service will be held on December 22nd 2020, at 2pm by invitation only due to COVID restrictions.
Those who so desire in lieu of flowers, may make a memorial donation in memory of Norman to Cancer Research

Norman was such a lovely gentleman and although we only met monthly for the last 6 years we all became friends and shared our life times of memories. At peace now. From Harry, Sara, Harold,Louise.Lucy and Eileen (bereavement group)
