Having just put away my 'Flexible Carol Book', I'm feeling very sad that Neil is no longer with us. He gave us the gifts of music, fun, friendship and time. I thank him that all those gifts were shared with us each week at Liskeard Community Choir. We will keep singing together somehow Neil! Rest in Peace and Rise in Glory.
Marion Saunders.

Have just found Neil's obituary, so very sad. Neil was our holiday neighbour and friend at Camping du Quinquis and will always be remembered with great affection. We will always remember the wonderful concert at St Philliberts Chapel.

Such a beautiful service for such a beautiful man. I will remember always being a member of Neils choir in Falmouth, the many wonderful concerts and our memorable trips to a France. The last French trip is one I will cherish particularly as we sang in Normandy on The Killing Fields and at American War Museum, which was very Emotional but one I would not have missed for the world. Thank you Neil for everything connected to you and your choirs. Love to Kat and your lovely family, who will have made you proud today. You will be very sadly missed but never forgotten as you impacted on so many of our lives. God bless and rest in peace. Elise xx 💕

Cherished memories of a wonderful musician and a true friend. Sadly missed in St Gildas de Rhuys where Neil had made the organ bench his own.
With love to all the family from Keith, Alison and Neal Parkes.

I am so sad and very sorry for your loss.
I joined Neil's choir, at Hayle, in September, however although I was still new I really enjoyed going each week, it was the best thing I've ever done for myself.
And I saw how good the group is and how respected Neil is by all.
I'm thankful I attended, really missing singing on mondays.
Neil was much appreciated by so many and I am sending you, his wife, family and friends my deepest sympathies.
Take care of yourselves,
Love Jenny

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to perform music with your choirs and in your recital series. You will be greatly missed by many. I enjoyed being an 'extra' singer for Laudate on many occasions, and taking part in the St Ives organ recital series which you organised, as well as your friendship over the last ten years.

Thinking of the patience, understanding and gentle persuasion that Neil used with the choir. He was a great inspiration and introduced us to wonderful friendships. Thoughts go to the family. R.I.P Neil.
